What to include
- For a generation issue: the task ID from Generate history, selected quality and the error message.
- For a payment issue: the order number, payment provider and approximate transaction time.
- For a content correction or rights-related request: the relevant page or video URL and a description of the issue.
Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers or payment credentials. Share only information needed to investigate the issue.
Before contacting us
A queued or processing task is not yet a failed task. Credits are returned when a generation is marked failed; dissatisfaction with a completed result does not trigger an automatic credit return. You can find completed videos and download them in your account settings under Generate history.
